1. Right of Withdrawal
If you buy from our store as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. For our ranks, which are digital services, and for any digital content not delivered on a physical medium, that is the day Stripe confirms your payment.
To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, addressed to:

You may use the model withdrawal form in section 4, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the 14 days are over.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you are never charged a fee for the refund.
If you asked us to activate a rank or start a subscription during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay a proportional amount for the days already provided (§ 357a (2) BGB), and we refund the rest; see section 3.
3. When the Right Ends Early or Is Reduced
Our ranks are digital services: VIP is a monthly subscription, Day One and Immortal are ranks with a term. For a subscription or a rank with a term the right of withdrawal does not end early when the rank is activated; you keep it for the full 14 days.
At checkout we ask you to request that ONIRust activates the rank immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; ONIRust collects that request as a checkbox in the checkout and repeats it on the receipt or invoice for the purchase. If you made it and withdraw within 14 days, you pay only a proportional amount for the days already provided (§ 357a (2) BGB) and get the rest back. Without that request you pay nothing when you withdraw, even if the rank was already active.
Only for a genuinely one-shot digital deliverable that is not delivered on a physical medium, if we ever sell one, does the right of withdrawal end early once we have begun to perform, provided that you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed the contract, including your agreement and acknowledgement, on a durable medium (§ 356 (5) BGB).
4. Model Withdrawal Form
If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in this form and send it back to us. It is only a template; any clear statement works.

5. Subscriptions
Withdrawal is separate from cancellation. A subscription rank (VIP) can be cancelled at any time for the next billing period on your account page; you keep the rank until the period you have paid for ends. No statement to us is needed for that, and it does not affect your right of withdrawal in the first 14 days.
